and do not take care of ourselves. Without personal practices in place to replenish ourselves we become energetically depleted. The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually spiritually guided life force energy. Tapping into your higher power and your energy is exactly what the law of attraction for abundance and prosperity is based on. Reiki gives our thoughts power. It helps to unite our minds, bodies and hearts. When using Reiki to create abundance and prosperity, it is first important to discover just what those words mean to you. One step can be to write down what those actual words mean to you. What does it mean to be prosperous? Abundant? How will you look and feel when you are prosperous and living a life of abundance? What will you be doing? The answer will be different for every person. For some, prosperity will mean a certain amount of money in the bank, for another it may mean having many friends. Don’t write down what you think they should mean to you, be honest with yourself. There is no right or wrong answer. After you have written down what those terms mean to you, go back and underline the main words that describe it. Make a list of those words. Now is where Reiki can come in. Concentrate on each word and connect with the consciousness it holds for you. What are your thoughts about that particular word? What are your feelings about it? Pay close attention. If you are not experiencing prosperity and abundance in your life right now, this may give you a clue as to what beliefs are still holding you back.
Everything you desire
is already there for you. It is just on another plane, waiting. You have to unlock the door to let it in. But finding the key can be the problem. The key is in your mind.

When you first learn Reiki, you learn that there is no limit to this energy. You already have an abundance of it. You can use the power of Reiki to direct your thoughts to whatever you want and need. There is a method of abundant prosperity Reiki that uses hand positions to encourage energy flow. 5 steps can take you there: - While meditating, pay attention to your thoughts. Are they helping you create what you want?
- Place your hands on either side of your nose, with your fingertips resting on your closed eyelids. Release the thoughts that are not serving you, thanking them. Be grateful that your mind is bringing them to your attention.
- Cradle the back of your head with your hands. Invite in thoughts of abundance and prosperity. Invite beliefs that will help you.
- Think of abundance as glowing light that you draw into your body, pulling it in through your fingertips. Feel its pulsation. Bask in its glow.
- Thank the Universe for this abundant energy of abundance! Be grateful that all is already here for you. Believe it.
This is the Reiki of abundance. Abundant energy, abundant life, abundant health, abundant wealth. You already have it all!
